In the first It focused on the reflection from the screen itself. It came out very clear there and shows how well the screen’s finish is doing - very good. Could still be a software issue but you may be able to finagle it to get the right depth.

You may be able to find a cheaper service from india to print a book on demand, even one offs when providing just a pdf. Doing this on your own printer has too much risk for complications based on the number of pages involved, paper compatibility, and other items of notes here.
