I’ve used searX in the past and found it was decent but personally I am going to stick with duckduckgo because it just works better for my needs (especially since I’m on mobile).

Best I could find was this arstechnica article from 2022:

And Searx is the same. And startpage is just google.
But the point is they don’t track.
Good News Everyone, Home spying devices just became interoperable.
I have an ancient (10+ years old) macbook pro running with a Jellyfin server and qBitorrent and a VPN and it works great!
No complaints. (I also have a 2 TB harddrive plugged into it).
Kind of fucked up but tbf Google does similarly shady stuff.
Please just use duckduckgo (or SearX).

No it doesn’t. I run older versions of some software. I plan to switch to linux once macos gives out.
