With so many ingredients I would suggest using the taguchi method for experimentation.
I really like how this video explains it for those not familiar https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oULEuOoRd0&t=0

I paid for AMdroid because I can set profiles, Geo fence, have math problems to turn off alarms, fade in music, turn on my flashlight… All the bells and whistles. I would love a FOSS version, but many try to be single feature. I like all the things.
They actually took a bunch of elements of the short story collection and jammed them together. The worst is what they did to Susan Calvin…
Ignoring the butchery, it’s a pretty generic action movie. Very forgettable. Adding what they did to the source material makes it a straight tragedy.
That is the plot of the Will Smith version of I, Robot.
If I remember correctly, it’s actually Daneel who comes up with the zeroth law. And it’s not to justify killing people.
Only in the shitty movie. Not in the books.
Also, a lot of the machine vision systems I’ve run up against use red light, but it is kind of complex. If they want to detect say blood, I think blue light would actually give better contrast for detection.
Maybe the CCP is paying the difference?
This is very helpful, thank you.
No fucking way. It’s a PMA device. The rub is that M. it stands for market. As in clinical trials have a lower threshold.
Aren’t Palestinians a semitic people?
I can’t believe I haven’t seen that yet.
Gen Xer here…
It didn’t use to be this bad. The FCC (and ftc) dropped the bag (regulatory capture), letting clear channel gobble up stations.
When I was a kid had a couple great local stations back in the day. One was a highschool station that local bands could send in cassette tapes and they would play them on Tuesdays. They had a Mosh Monday curated by local metalhead kids/young adults (there was vocational training at the radio station in evening classes).
Even the commercial channels were better. Not great or anything, but they had a lot more variety.
The marketing team for those over priced bike tires probably.
You can change the Af temp, but it is not relevant in this case because they are using the superelastic properties, not the shape memory properties if Nitinol.
I question many aspects of this design for the consumer market, but not as you describe. Seems to me it’s likely to be very expensive, and while you might not get flats it is still going to wear no matter what.
SEO spam gives them ad clicks
It does? I thought the point of SEO was to show up in search results without having to pay for keyword placement.
I would hate to submit a report to a federal agency that said, “we paid the hackers and they said we could use our equipment again.” Wrenches would be trash after this, (maybe send the back to the factory and ask them to recert them).
Gotta call bullshit here.
Skilled workers make mistakes. Give them all the time in the world and they will still make mistakes because they are human. The trick is to give them feedback loops, as short as possible, so they can recognize their mistakes. This should be part of process controls based on risk.
Don’t get me wrong, I would not want to validate this network wrench solution. There is a fairly narrow band where it makes sense to me which would require a fair amount of DFM (design the assembly to have unique bolt heads for each torque setting etc). But when you are making things that people rely on for their life… You have to have layered systems and these are a legitimate layer.
Interesting! It seems to be German sellers, not sure if they would ship to the US…
