It reminds me in a lot of ways of FFXIV. It was made by a lot of the same people so that’s no surprise. It’s fairly dark but it’s a good story. The expansions are way too short - I had hoped they’d add more depth to some of the back story.
I enjoyed the game a lot in spite of its shortcomings. It doesn’t have as much “extra stuff” to do as many other final fantasies but the core game is solid.
I ended up picking up the PC version to play through again. The PS5 version is held back a lot by the platform.

I’m really excited about how great KDE has become in recent years. It was getting scary back when KDE4 had lots of problems and gnome3 was devoid of all functionality. Nowadays KDE makes the Linux desktop truly a pleasure to use.
Is there a reverse image search that helps find original images prior to captions being applied or someone down-rezzing it to death
I installed one of these new displays this past weekend and it looks fantastic in Linux. Granted I’ve only tried Plasma so far on Wayland but that’s because I really don’t find Gnome usable. It looks good at 200% though and a similar scale to 150% on the old display.
Vista was absolutely the slowest thing imaginable. They reduced the requirements as part of a marketing campaign for “Vista-ready” PCs, but PCs that ran it “well” were few and far between. Even after 7 came out if you went back to Vista it was noticeably slower.
These are the important questions that need to be addressed. We cannot let this go unanswered by the creators.
If we re-compress the image a few more times it’ll become even more of a zinger!
