Firstly connections to those API should be encrypted, so parameters such as the filename shouldn’t be visible by a MitM. Also, as someone else pointed, you could rename the file beforehand to something neutral.

His problem isn’t the part where he downloads parts. Jellyfin queries 3rd party metadata providers, such as TMDB. What he’s concerned with is JF sending the filename to TMDB and getting spied on by the ISP.
“Is allowlisted”
Wtf, sounds like a BS screenshot to me
Yup I just subscribed in the Philippines, it’s like 2€ per month
This looks really good, thanks !
Just go with FLAC, music doesn’t take “too much” place so I don’t feel like sacrificing the quality for it.
Same here, it was a pretty funny popcorn film
Tbh I’m rooting for them all to burn together :p
Tbh, he’s not wrong. Subs are coming back up, so why would he have done something
Good to know, thanks!
Exactly, I prefer it to Overcooked. Sometimes I feel like Overcooked is more of a puzzle game, cause it seems that each map don’t have many ways of reaching a high score, hence being a puzzle to find the best strategy. And that stresses me out in an timed environment lol. While PlateUp it’s fun to try overcoming the hardships of the items and layouts you get. I prefer it :p
I once did a weekend on the campaign of Borderlands 2 with friends, it was awesome. Also, PlateUp is a nice coop game to play over a WE
Wouldn’t that need Windows 11?
Indeed, but my guess is that Kbin’s admins don’t really know. Also that’s what I’ve read, it may very well not be that :p
This is due to Kbin using Cloudflare anti DDoS, which disallows Lemmy instances reaching it
I agree with this, but that’s not exclusive to adding new mechanics. Though maybe they keep new stuff hidden for now
The gameplay video just looked like AC2 but prettier lol
Ok this looks good, even if that’ll certainly be a classic Ubisoft game. But hey, that’s all I want from the first recent open world SW game
Indeed, I checked for asklemmy when I posted and it wasn’t there, now it’s back up
You’re not alone. I’ve been rocking Arch for a few years now, and I only reinstalled it when I changed computers. It just works.
