    I don’t like Leninists but there’s a difference between their idea of a workers state and what happened in the Soviet Union. I do think their intention matters even if the historical outcomes have been bad

      When you use violence and force to take power.

      Then the power of your new state will be a forceful and violent one.

      There is no other outcome. We’ve tested this countless times, already. The USA at a glance is primed for a civil war, and the winners are very likely not the ones you’re thinking of.

        See I actually agree with you, I don’t like Leninists, but I distinguish between Leninists who believe in their vanguard parties and Tankies who think the strongmen who come out of them are a good thing.

          Well the Tankie you’re defending also said the USSR economy was great during and after the 1930s, which not only was under Joseph Stalin’s rule but was also having mass famine, but I can see how their comments are difficult to read.
