    3.99 is the price of the drink, and assuming this is the USA, you’ll need to provide three $1 bills, three quarters, two dimes, and four pennies to buy it. (Or four $1 bills, and receive a penny in change.)

      I dont‘ think thats in US dollars, as there is no dot between the 3 and the 99 and there are some asian letters beneath it.

      It‘s more likely Yen or something similiar where 399 japanese yen are 2 Dollar and 53 cents.

        All the mandatory labeling on the cans is in English, and based on the conversions the volumes are in US Fluid Ounces. My money is on the US, and an unmaintained labeller
